About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to help bridge the gap between business objectives, product strategy, and technology implementation. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders, product managers, developers, and project teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and support the successful delivery of digital solutions.
The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking, communication skills, and a strong understanding of digital products and software development processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business challenges and opportunities.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Support product and development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyze workflows, processes, and system requirements.
- Participate in solution design and process optimization initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Create documentation, process maps, and business requirement documents.
- Assist in testing and validating implemented solutions.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Understanding of software development and digital product lifecycles.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools.
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
Nice to Have
- Experience with SaaS products.
- Knowledge of process modeling techniques.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles.
- Basic SQL or data analysis skills.
