Key Responsibilities
- Analyse clients’ business processes, systems, and workflows to identify digital transformation opportunities
- Define digital strategies and roadmaps aligned with business goals and operational needs
- Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical documentation
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to ensure successful solution delivery
- Support clients during implementation and adoption of digital solutions
- Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented initiatives and recommend improvements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and insights for internal teams and client stakeholders
- Participate in discovery and pre-sales activities by contributing strategic and analytical expertise
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in digital transformation, business consulting, or business analysis roles
- Strong understanding of digital products, platforms, and enterprise systems
- Ability to analyse complex business processes and propose structured solutions
- Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams
- Strong communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly to non-technical audiences
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- English proficiency for professional communication and documentation
