About the Role
We are looking for a Product Designer who will be responsible for creating clear, functional, and visually consistent digital products — from early ideas and user flows to final interface designs ready for development.
This role combines UX thinking, UI design, business understanding, and the ability to design products that are not only visually strong, but also intuitive, scalable, and effective for users.
Responsibilities
- Research user scenarios, needs, and pain points
- Design product structure, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
- Create UI designs for web platforms, dashboards, websites, and digital services
- Prepare Figma layouts and specifications for development
- Work with design systems, components, styles, and reusable UI patterns
- Align design decisions with product, engineering, and business teams
- Improve existing interfaces based on product logic, data, and user experience
- Ensure visual consistency, usability, and scalability across interfaces
- Participate in product hypothesis development and solution testing
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or Web/Product Designer
- Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and user flow logic
- Confident Figma skills
- Experience designing interfaces for web products, platforms, SaaS products, or dashboards
- Ability to work with components, auto layout, variants, and design systems
- Understanding of responsive design and basic frontend principles
- Strong attention to detail in typography, spacing, grids, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to explain design decisions through business goals and user needs
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
Nice to Have
- Experience with B2B, SaaS, or digital product companies
- Understanding of UX research, usability testing, or customer journey mapping
- Experience designing landing pages, marketing websites, or conversion-focused pages
- Basic understanding of Webflow, HTML/CSS, or design implementation principles
- Experience working with analytics, heatmaps, or behavioral data
- English level sufficient for working with documentation and teams
