Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage delivery from kickoff to release (scope, timeline, milestones, risks)
- Translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements and actionable tasks (with engineering input)
- Coordinate engineering, QA, and DevOps to keep work aligned and unblocked
- Lead project ceremonies and communication: standups, planning, status updates, retrospectives
- Track progress, manage changes, and maintain clear stakeholder alignment
- Maintain documentation: briefs, requirements, roadmaps, decisions, release notes
- Support release readiness and post-release stabilization (issues, priorities, improvements)
- Continuously improve delivery workflows and team processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of project management experience in a software / IT environment
- Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile/Kanban delivery workflows
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep teams focused on outcomes
- Experience with PM tools (Jira/Confluence, Notion, Trello, or similar)
- English proficiency for documentation and cross-team collaboration
